Tenant Fees
Single person Application fee £220 including VAT
Joint application £280 incl VAT
£70 incl VAT per additional applicant or guarantor thereafter.
On signing the tenancy a sign up fee of £60 incl VAT will be payable per agreement, as well as your first month’s rent and deposit.
